Nathaniel Binquet is a lawyer registered with the Paris Bar.

Nathaniel has solid experience in structuring, negotiating and implementing corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate financing, restructuring plans, multi-country corporate reorganizations as well as demergers, partial asset contributions and spin-offs. He has led transactions for companies, banks and private equity funds active in various sectors (notably telecom, renewable energies, nuclear, aerospace, agri-food, etc.).

He also works in all areas of corporate law, with a focus on high-level balance sheet transactions.

Furthermore, Nathaniel has developed a practice in all types of business acquisitions.

Finally, Nathaniel also ensures the defense of all litigants in civil and criminal litigation.

Nathaniel was also Legal Director of an American company whose group head is listed on NASDAQ.
